- £38,000 starting salary

I am working with one of the leading training companies in the Midlands, they provide apprentice training as well as a full range of commercial courses and are currently looking to expand their portfolio of technical delivery to industry.
They are looking for a Technical Trainer / Assessor with a sound background in mechanical engineering including mechanical maintenance.
Core responsibility of the role is the delivery of training and assessment to learners of all ages in core maintenance skills. In addition, some electrical experience would be advantageous as well as experience in:

- Machining [turning, milling and fitting]
- Pneumatics
Role Requirements:
- Driving licence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is proactive and organised
- Experienced training / mentoring apprentices in the workplace
- Develop and present training material
- Produce reports
- Monitor candidate performance
- Experience of working to a QA system
