And just like that the 2022-23 academic year comes to an end. For the members of our team it’s another year done and dusted, but for TR2 itself it marks the end of our Education divisions first full year, and what a year it has been.
It’s seen the launch of our secondary division, the arrival of new faces, the start of new partnerships/collaborations, a new office and many other triumphs. Oh, and we can’t forget us winning the Recruitment Start-up of the year at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation awards too! 🏆️
We’ve worked with some amazing people this year and have formed some fantastic relationships that we can’t wait to pick up on again next year. To our friends and family, team (past & present), partners, support services and most importantly, to our candidates and clients, thank you, you rock! No matter the size of your contribution, we’re grateful to you for making the year what it was.
We’d particularly like to shine a light on our partnership with the Collab Group which continues to go from strength to strength. It’s seen us support not only their recruitment needs but also the upskilling of their team, the latter of which we offer without charge. We’ve delivered various presentations to HR teams and senior managers across multiple colleges, offering insight into the recruitment cycle, market challenges and staff retention, sharing not only ideas, but also trade secrets. Why? …Because we don’t aim to just bridge gaps, we want to enable development and build long lasting mutually beneficial relationships. We’d love to offer a service like this to more colleges, schools, groups and trusts, so please get in touch!
For anyone embarking on 6 weeks off be sure to spare a thought, because for us the work doesn’t stop. We’ve got big plans for next year and they involve even more clients and candidates, so a Summer of hitting the phones and preparing for a busy September lies in wait. If you’re going to be looking for work don’t be a stranger!
